Escor NS-31
It is a uniform dyeing agent with excellent emulsification and dispersion properties for polyester and nylon knit materials, and one-bath refining dyeing is also possible.
For fabrics where acrylic-based adhesives are used as warp sizing agents, alkali treatment for removing the sizing is essential, making one-bath dyeing difficult. In contrast, for knitted fabrics (knits) where no sizing agents are used and only knitting oil is present, one-bath dyeing is possible. Escor NS-31 has excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties for knitting oil, as well as anti-redeposition properties, enabling one-bath dyeing of synthetic knits such as polyester and nylon.
